I'd like to see an optional autoconfiguration function on changelog init:

changelog could check the remote repository path (base_url and repo could be taken from there).
Then changelog could check the issue labels, look for the most common ones (e.g. labels containing bug, feature, security, breaking, enhancement) and add them to their respective groups.
changelog then creates the .changelog.yml with these values instead of the default one.
