Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may exist for a short time before cleaning up, in most cases it CANNOT be undone. Continue?
ListRepoIssues, and looks like the rest of the issues called, disregard the state parameter option which can be specified.
I forked the repo and put a hack in which is far from complete - but it illustrates the issue.
@jpj Thanks, please send a PR and mark WIP. I think @maintainers would like to help review your code.
