Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Since Gitea got OAuth2 provider support next release, it would be nice to include the possibility to login via Oauth2.
Currently we're discussing to deactivate basic auth for users with enrolled 2fa since oauth2 is the better alternative.

I have currently github and Google as authentication providers activated . Would this integration mean I could login in gitnex like I do in my browser by clicking the github/google icon?
Yes, thats right.
I believe there are two separate cases.
One is the client transacting authentication with the server as an OAuth2 authentication provider.
The other is the client transacting authentication with an authentication provider provisioned in the server for user registration.
