Support for Android user CAs #1297

Following on with a local deployment case as in #357 (LAN, internal DNS, self signed certificate), here we extend this with a local CA that's installed to the Android user CA trust store.

The same observation as in the OP can be made: After clicking to login, nothing happens and the button remains deactivated.

This happens with user/password authentication and no TOPT or WebAuthn configured, yet.
