I would like a repo tab, so that I can see info for Actions.

Requirements:

I would like to be able so see the main list of runs, as well as filter this list based on workflow file.
I would also like the ability to see the jobs for a run, and which step (or steps) of a job failed.

Nice to have:

Being able to see the log for a job, but I am not sure if it will be useful.
Being able to filter the main list of runs, based on what caused the run to happen.

For now you can see the CI operations status in the commits under the Files tab.

The rest of the features are dependent on the API though.
