PR recent comments are not loaded in Codeberg #1351

# Describe your matter briefly

When logged in into codeberg I can't see any recent comments to PR only the one made in the same timestamp when the PR was open (e.g 2 weeks ago)

What did you expect?

All comments on the PR should be displayed

Some additional details

The version of Gitea you are using: Codeberg website
The version of GitNex you are using: 5.4.0
Source of installation (Play Store, F-Droid, APK): FDroid
Current android version and phone model/manufacturer: OnePlus6T Android 14 (custom ROM)
The type of certificate your instance is using (self-signed, signed): official website idk
How you used to log in (via password or token): token and oath same thing

We would appreciate some screenshots or stacktrace's, but this is also not required.

It loads fine for me. But it seems Codeberg is a bit slow right now.

Try to scroll at the bottom to load newer data.

In my case, the first time I clicked on the link, all the comments were loaded correctly, but when I came back here and clicked again, only a few of them were. I tried a few times more and it was always the same subset. It wasn't slowness. The page just stopped loading the rest of its contents.

There are a few inconsistencies with the API pagination records and that sometimes confuses the scroll loading.
I will apply a temporary fix in 5.5.0 and see if I can do something about it at a later stage.
