Steps to reproduce:

Go to any repository
Navigate to "Open issues"
Click on the filter button and type something in
Delete whatever you typed
No issues are shown
Refresh and all issues are shown again

This was the intended way because of the pagination when it was last implemented.

But yeah it need some improvement now.
