Description - describe the bug / feature / suggestion in brief :

Add possibility to download / cache content for offline viewing. This could also work automatically when checked in settings. The feature would be very useful for "on-the-go" usage, especially for issues and wiki pages.

Expected behavior - describe what should be the expected result :

After first successful login to workspace, contents of all / selected repositories are downloaded for later offline use.

Probably correlates with #144.

@mmarif just caching/download the current files and check commitID if something has to redownload/update or clone the repo as a whole?

-> should be a repo option?

@6543 last time I checked Retrofit there was an option to cache the contents. We can use that feature.

For force refresh, the user can use the current pull down feature which is already implemented almost on every screen.

@martin.hrabovec I believe it was your review too asking about offline mode. Thanks for opening the issue.

Will this be offline? Otherwise, I can just use a gitea mobile web pinned to homescreen. Thanks!

Yep that was mine. I didn't want to interrupt this internal development conversation with such a general suggestion at first. I can delete the review, if you want.

@martin.hrabovec I am totally fine with the review.

But I am glad that you opened an issue as it is easy to follow up and implement features based on the issue. Team members can also help.
