Combine src -> main to src/main in file explorer.

That would be nice to have from upstream, otherwise there will be extra API calls for one request.

Currently API returns one dir level.

The API and web interface is different in this regard. But suppose it return the same as web.

I may get this as option for the api in ... but prio is low for me for now - since it is only a convinience option

This feature request has to be seen as a convinience option, as you already said.
There is actually no acute need for it.

I would be happy though, if you work on this in the future.
