Delete Branch "fix-14700-allow-import-local-paths-again"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
PR #13610 unfortunately disabled importing repositories from local paths.
This PR restores this functionality.
