Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

It appears that there are significant performance problems with the pure git backend
on windows.
Therefore until we can sort this out - provide go-git backend builds.
