Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This PR fixes an intermittent failure with the GPG Git Test whereby it would fail due to a race condition secondary to changing settings whilst the test server is running.
