Do not replace as in discord there are multiple channels that are used, in matrix only general is synced... I'm not against additional link but do not replace Discord. We are using GitHub that is also propietary btw...

@strk I was just pointing out that propietary services are not always bad. Yes, I think we need multiple channels so that people can read only on topics that are interesting to them and it also makes it easier to follow conversations

@strk Discord is the official contact channels, but I don't think matrix is. Please don't send a PR which haven't been discussed completely.

I only use IRC and Matrix so anything going on in different channels
is invisible to me. Using Discord would be very inconvenient for me
for various reasons (no console app, only proprietary software
clients) so I don't intend to do that.

Will you agree on enabling bridges for other rooms currently not
