If you take a look at the detail of lint result on CI, it's not right.

Hmm, I have no idea. Same command works locally, with (tool globbing) or without (shell globbing) quotes. I can only assume this is some actions runner bug.

Is there a debug mode for the runner we could enable where we see what shell comand it invokes?
